MADISON, Wis. (WBAY) – Health officials want to hear from you in a statewide survey is looking for gaps in mental health and substance abuse services in Wisconsin.
This is a partnership with the University of Wisconsin’s Population Health Institute.
The Wisconsin Department of Health Services says your feedback will help determine where they can strengthen services for mental health and substance abuse and find the best solutions.
You can choose to answer questions about mental health or substance abuse, or both, and then you can answer as many or as few questions as you want.
Some of the questions ask you to identify your current experience with the behavioral health system in the state. Maybe you’re an advocate or you’re someone who is receiving support.
Participation is voluntary and anonymous. Click here for the survey.
Organizers say it should take 10 to 25 minutes to complete. The deadline is August 29.
The results of the survey will come together in a report that will be made public later this year.
State health officials say it will help guide state policy and funding decisions for behavioral health services.
